The ground rules for shopping DESERTROSE ATHLETICS online.

You must be able to form a legally binding contract in your jurisdiction. Purchases are for personal use and not for resale unless we give written permission.

3) Products, Sizing & Availability

  • We design gear for women who run—bras, leggings, tees, caps, and accessories.
  • Colors and materials may vary slightly due to display settings and production runs.
  • Size guides are provided as a reference; fit preferences can vary by runner and activity.

4) Orders & Payment

  • Order confirmation emails summarize items, prices, and delivery details.
  • We accept listed payment methods at checkout. Prices are shown in the currency specified on-site and may include or exclude taxes depending on your location.
  • We may cancel or refuse an order (e.g., suspected fraud or inventory issues). Any charges for cancelled orders will be voided or refunded.

5) Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping options, fees, and estimated timelines appear at checkout.
  • Once shipped, carrier scans govern tracking updates. Delivery delays caused by carriers or customs are outside our control.
  • Please verify your address; misdeliveries due to incorrect details may incur reship fees.

6) Returns & Exchanges

  • Try-on friendly: clean, unworn items with tags attached and in original packaging are generally eligible within the posted return window.
  • Hygiene policy may apply to intimates/sports bras—see the Returns page for specifics.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method minus any shipping or handling fees as applicable.

7) Warranty

We stand behind materials and workmanship. If a product fails under normal running use within a reasonable period, contact us with photos and order details so we can help.

8) Safety & Use

  • Our gear is designed for running and general athletic use. Please follow care labels.
  • Discontinue use if irritation occurs and consult a professional if needed.

9) Prohibited Uses

You agree not to misuse the site (e.g., interfere with security, scrape prices at scale, submit fraudulent orders, or infringe IP).

10) Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and product designs are owned by or licensed to DESERTROSE ATHLETICS. You may not use them without permission.

11) Reviews & User Content

By posting reviews or photos, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use that content for marketing and product improvement, subject to our Privacy Policy.

12) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DESERTROSE ATHLETICS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue.
